This is where we clarify the details of your project to make sure we're the right team for the job. If we're both confident in proceeding by the end of this conversation, we'll schedule your on-site meeting.

We'll visit your property to take photos, offer recommendations to address things you might not have considered, and discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. If you already have a design, we'll take a look at it with you—and if you need a design, we'll talk about our design fee, get started on the design and set up a meeting for the design presentation.

Within two weeks of your on-site meeting, we'll present the initial 3D rendered design online or in person as you prefer. If you request revisions, they typically take about four days.

Once the design is agreed upon, we'll discuss the installation cost estimate and timeline with you. If you approve the proposal to build the project, you'll sign the agreement, and we'll put you on the schedule. We will also discuss the payment schedule for the next steps of your project.

Our goal is to make the installation process as simple and hassle-free for you as possible. We will let you know when we intend to arrive, what we're going to do, and how we're going to do it. If a large delivery is required, we'll ask you where to leave it so we don't inconvenience you. You'll receive updates on a weekly basis as construction proceeds.

Finally, it’s time to walk through your landscape with us and make sure you're satisfied with the work. This is also when we'll discuss any warranties along with requirements for ongoing maintenance. We can provide tips and tricks if you intend to do the maintenance yourself, or we'll outline our maintenance programs if you'd like professional assistance.
